Pineapple Rice

Cut the pineapple and dig out the flesh.

Dice the vegetables.
3.
Cook first (corn and green beans are harder to cook)

After being cooked, stir fry in a frying pan to get a fragrance and then set aside for later use.

When the oil is hot, add the rice and stir fry.
6.
Add the ingredients and a little pineapple pulp.
7.
Beat an egg into it (the egg can be fried before adding it, I personally prefer to beat it directly into the pot)
8.
Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, stir fry until fragrant, and serve.
9.
Put it in a pineapple and it's ready to eat.

Tips:
1. Fry the rice directly and put it in pineapple. It has a slight pineapple flavor and the rice is more fragrant.
2. Pour rice and ingredients into pineapple, add an egg or some cheese, and steam it in a pot, which is another flavor.
