Pineapple rice, also called pineapple rice, is nutritious, rich in vitamins and protein, and helps to improve memory. It is lovely in form, rich in colors, and sweet and delicious. It can help stressed children increase appetite and promote digestion on the eve of exams.

Pineapple Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut off a lid of the pineapple, dig out the flesh with a knife, and cut into cubes

3. Take appropriate amount of other ingredients and cut into cubes

4. Paste the shrimps in advance (mix them with egg white, cornstarch, and salt), or buy mixed shrimps

5. Take a small amount of raw peanuts

6. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and crush it with the back of a knife

7. Place the ground peanuts in a bowl for later use

8. Stir-fry the eggs with chopped green onion and a little salt

9. Stir the chopped peanuts in the pan and stir-fry on medium and low heat. Don’t fry them.

10. Pour vegetable oil into the pot, put the shrimp into the oil pot, sprinkle some cooking wine, fry, sprinkle a little black pepper

11. Stir-fried shrimp should not take too long, otherwise it will shrink and the meat will grow old

12. Add appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the pot, heat up, pour the diced vegetables

13. Stir fry for two or three minutes

14. Add scrambled eggs

15. Add pineapple and continue to stir fry

16. Pound the rice and stir-fry

17. Add fried shrimps and season with salt

18. Finally add the fried peanuts, mix well, turn off the heat

Tips:

Stir-fried shrimp should not take too long, otherwise it will shrink and the meat will become old.
