Pineapple Shrimp Balls

Shrimp shelling and removing the shrimp line, marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, and white pepper for 10 minutes, then add appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Take half of the pineapple and cut the pulp into small pieces.

The other half is hollowed out with a spoon to make a plate.

Cut red bell peppers and green bell peppers into small slices.

Add oil to the pot, the oil temperature is about 150 degrees, put it down, the shrimp will turn red and curl about 40 seconds to remove.
