Pineapple Shrimp Balls
1.
Shrimp to the sand line, wash and set aside
2.
Add a little chicken powder to the shrimps, and then add a little starch. People who like to eat thin gorgon, I don’t use fried powder and egg whites, they don’t have the same effect as tempura.
3.
Blanch the mixed vegetables for later use. If you don’t have assorted vegetables, just prepare green beans, diced carrots, and corn kernels.
4.
Pineapple cut into small pieces
5.
The oil is 50% to 60% hot, and the shrimps are fried until they reach 80% maturity.
6.
Use absorbent paper to absorb excess oil
7.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion, add tomato sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry well
8.
Stir-fry mixed vegetables and pineapple a few times
9.
Add the prawns and stir-fry for a few times. Water starch can also be used to thicken. The ketchup I use is thick enough because I think the consistency is enough.
Tips:
1. The amount of sugar should be adjusted according to the sweetness and sourness of ketchup and pineapple.
2. Both tomato sauce and tomato sauce can be used. But all have a certain saltiness, so don't put too much salt.
