Pineapple Sour Pork

Cut colored peppers, peel and cut pineapple, mince ginger and garlic.

Add the seasoning to the cut meat and marinate for 10 minutes. Clamp it tightly with your hands, and then coat it with cornstarch.

Pour the oil into the pot to heat up, put the meat in the oil pot and fry until it is cooked and remove it for later use. The colored peppers and pineapple are smooth and fragrant and then poured out.

Tips:
1. Don't have too much flour, otherwise it will affect the taste of the meat.
2. When frying the meat, the first time you can open the medium-low heat and fry slowly until cooked. After all of them are fished out, you can re-open the fire and quickly fry them again, so that the meat will be crisper.
