Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork
1.
Prepare the tenderloin, cut into pieces, pineapple, cut into pieces, and cut the colored peppers, to remove the ribs and slice (never put them if you didn’t buy them)
2.
Remove the fishy pork, put 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 egg, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 bit of salt, 1 bit of pepper, and marinate for 20 minutes
3.
Coated with potato starch
4.
Start the pan and heat the oil to 70% of the oil temperature and fry the meat (re-fry twice)
5.
Mix 3 tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and a half bowl of water and stir evenly (taste the taste for yourself)
6.
Pour into the pot until the sauce is thick, pour pineapple and stir fry for a while, then pour the fried pork with bell peppers and stir fry (the soup is not sticky enough, add some starch water)
7.
You can make it out of the pot (it would be better if you have colored peppers~)
