Haven't eaten it before, making it for the first time... Come on a whim! Haha, there is meat in the refrigerator, and I happen to have pineapple... So..."

Ingredients

Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork

1. No picture... I'm sorry everyone... Cut cooked pineapple into pieces... Cut the meat into 1✘2 cm pieces, which can be irregularly sliced, just like big chili slices

2. Soak the starch in water in advance (to prevent oil from jumping). When the starch is full, pour out the excess water and put a little salt and cooking wine on the cut meat for a while.

3. Pour the oil and hot water and starch into the meat bowl and mix well. Slowly buckle and start to fry the meat. The first time the meat is set. Light golden brown is good. Not too much at one time. It will all stick together. Increase the oil temperature and deep-fry again until golden brown. Remove the sinking oil and fry the big chili at a high temperature.

4. Leave a little base oil in the pan, add vinegar, sugar, salt, tomato sauce and season over low heat until you put the pineapple, stir fry, and then add the fried meat and large peppers.

Tips:

If the cooking skills are not good, please don’t try it because it’s a bit sloppy and messy. The starch must be soaked in water at night and eat at noon in the morning. Don’t put too much water on the starch, so it’s good. Wrapped the taste, I made two dishes, and I ate both of them
