Pink Girl Heart [pitaya Coconut Heart-shaped Bread]

1. Let's make preparations first. Peel and cut the red dragon fruit into the food processor.

2. Turn on and squeeze juice.

4. Pour the puree juice into the bucket of the bread machine, continue to add egg liquid, salt, sugar, milk powder, high-gluten flour, and finally dry yeast. Start the kneading process for 20 minutes.

11. Make stuffing. Mix the coconut filling and all the ingredients together.

12. Divide equally into 9 portions for later use.

13. Take the loose small dough, roll it into a round piece, and put a coconut filling on it.

14. Wrap it up and squeeze it tightly.

15. Place it with the mouth facing down. Then roll it into an oval shape.

16. Fold the oval dough piece from right to left.

17. Fold up again as shown.

18. Then make a cut in the middle, being careful not to cut it off.

19. Then open it to the left and right sides to form a heart shape.

20. Operate all 9 in turn, and put them in the baking dish after they are done.

21. Put it in the oven for the second fermentation. The recommended temperature is 35 degrees for 30 minutes.

22. After it's finished, start to preheat the oven, and fire up and down 180 degrees.

23. After preheating, change the heat to 160 degrees, put it in the oven, and bake for 35 minutes. Pay attention to the coloring, I am the tin foil covered after baking for 10 minutes.

24. Take it out immediately after baking and let it cool on the air line~ After baking, it turns from purple to powder.
