Pisces-korean Fried Chicken with Beer

Shred the onion, wash the chicken pieces and soak up the moisture with kitchen paper

Put the onion, egg yolk, black pepper sauce, and salt into the chicken nuggets, mix well, and marinate for more than 1 hour

Mix starch and flour evenly on the chicken nuggets

Fry in the pan for 8-10 minutes

Mince the garlic and stir-fry in an outer pot. Add a spoonful of Korean chili sauce and a spoonful of tomato paste and stir-fry well.

Then add half of the fried chicken nuggets and wrap it well and then it can be out of the pan.
