Pixian Braised Tofu with Bean Sauce

Soak the tofu in brine and cut into pieces

Minced green onion and garlic

Put the oil in the pot, fry the tofu in the oil and heat it to set the shape, like the light direct water blanching and set the shape, skip to step 5.

Fry until golden, remove and set aside

Save the base oil, add the shallots and garlic and sauté fragrant

Add two spoons of Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

Add tofu and stir fry

Add water to the tofu and add a small amount of salt. After the high heat is boiled, change to a low heat to slowly collect the juice. It will take longer to taste.
Tips:
Don't like greasy, after blanching in water, saute the shallots, garlic and bean paste, add water and boil until the juice is collected
