Put the yeast and sugar in a bowl and dissolve it with warm water

Pour flour, salt and butter (dissolved) into a bowl and stir. After stirring, pour the previously dissolved yeast water into the bowl and stir.

Pour in warm water and stir into a snowflake shape (warm water in winter)

Knead into dough and put it in a warm place for fermentation

Fermented to twice the size of the dough before, with honeycomb inside

Using a rolling pin, roll it into a round shape and place it in a baking tray. Use a fork to make small holes in the dough

Put it in the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes

Take it out of the oven, brush a layer of tomato sauce on the dough, sprinkle a layer of cheese strips

Spread all the ingredients on top, sprinkle a layer of cheese sticks on top, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes

Take it out of the oven and let it cool for a while

Cut into small pieces
