Pizza on Electric Baking Pan
1.
100 high-gluten flour + 40 low-gluten flour + 85 water + 3 yeast + 10 white sugar + 2 salt knead into a smooth dough, add 20 softened butter (or corn oil) and continue to knead. (If there is no low-gluten flour, use high-gluten flour.) Ferment for about two hours.
2.
Cut the dragon fruit into small cubes, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, peel the melon and cut into small cubes, and slice the bananas. Take it to the microwave oven for two minutes to initially remove some of the moisture. If you don’t have a microwave oven, you can also use a frying pan with butter or corn oil and sauté on low heat for two minutes.
3.
Brush the baking pan with butter or corn oil. Leave for 15 minutes, knead and exhaust after the noodles are fermented, press the electric baking pan with your hands into a circle that is larger than the baking pan, and sort out the pizza sides that are slightly higher around them. Remember to pierce the hole with a fork or toothpick, I forgot.
4.
I applied pizza sauce, but without pizza sauce I used tomato sauce + salad dressing + condensed milk instead.
5.
Sprinkle with 50g cheese.
6.
Arrange the fruits and add some dried cranberries and raisins for the taste. Start the "pizza" function of the electric baking pan, and you can leave the lid uncovered to avoid the thick top layer of the pizza sticking to the baking pan to zoom. Cover the pot occasionally for effect.
7.
After five minutes, add another 50g cheese on top. Continue heating.
8.
Until it is cooked, the time will be measured by yourself according to the thickness of the dough and the heat of the electric baking pan, which is about a few minutes.
9.
Here is another finished picture, it's delicious. The most important thing is to cook as much cheese as you want. 100g cheese is the kind that can be drawn a lot. I use mozzarella cheese.
