Pizza Sauce
1.
Two large tomatoes
2.
Dice tomatoes and green onions, and chop them as much as possible. Tomatoes are easy to leak, so it doesn't matter if some are lost. Mince garlic and finely chop as much as possible.
3.
Put olive oil in a hot pan, add diced green onions and minced garlic to fry until fragrant.
4.
Add diced tomatoes and sauté on medium-high heat. While frying, use a shovel to crush, fry out the red sauce, and continue to fry a few times.
5.
Add tomato sauce and black pepper, stir-fry evenly, and add an appropriate amount of water.
6.
Add sugar, pizza grass, and basil leaves. Add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, because the juice will be collected later, so it is not advisable to put too much salt. Turn to low heat, cover the pot, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
7.
Collect the juice on medium-high heat, stir constantly with a shovel, and slowly collect the soup to dryness, as much as possible. If there is too much water in the pizza sauce, it is easy to divide the pizza into two layers, so the sauce should be dry.
