Pizza Sauce

Prepare onions, garlic, tomatoes

Peel and dice tomatoes
3.
Finely chop onion and garlic
4.
Put butter in the pan and melt on low heat

Add minced garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant

Fry until the onion becomes soft and transparent

Add diced tomatoes

Stir-fry the tomatoes until the red soup

Add tomato sauce and stir well
10.
Add 1 tsp of freshly ground pepper

Add 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp basil

Stir-fry evenly, add salt and sugar, and stir well

Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the sauce is thick
