Pleurotus Eryngii

1. Clean the eryngii mushrooms and colored peppers first. Then cut them into shreds separately.

2. Boil a pot of water.

3. Add oyster mushrooms and blanch them.

4. Then remove and drain.

5. Add oil to the pan and wait for 8 minutes to heat up.

6. Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry a few times.

7. Add cooking wine.

8. Continue to pour in the light soy sauce.

9. Continue to pour the oyster sauce.

10. Add sugar and stir fry.

11. Add yellow pepper and red pepper and continue to stir fry.

12. Pour in Maggi umami sauce to taste.

13. Can be plated out.
