Pleurotus Eryngii in Oyster Sauce

Wash and cut pleurotus eryngii into strips.

Add pleurotus eryngii to 60% of the oil and fry to make golden brown.

Heat the pan and add the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add garlic sprouts, onions, green and red peppers and stir fry.
5.
Add pleurotus eryngii.

Add salt light soy sauce, stir fry evenly for fuel consumption.
