To me, this dish is deceiving myself~~ Recently, I really want to eat meat, but I think I shouldn’t eat more meat.. Pleurotus eryngii is thick in texture, so I used it to pretend to be!

【pleurotus Eryngii in Sand Tea】, A Meaty Vegetarian Dish~

1. Wash the eryngii mushrooms and drain the water.

2. Diagonal knife cuts into oval slices

3. Cut Pleurotus eryngii into strips 0.5 cm apart,
Cut only half and don't cut to the end.

4. On the other hand, the method is the same,
But criss-cross,
Otherwise, it will be cut off~
Dislike the trouble, step 3.4 can be ignored,
But the taste will be slightly different~

5. Heat the pan,
Apply a thin layer of oil~
Code the mushroom slices,
Fry on medium heat~

6. Fry until slightly yellow and turn it over

7. Fry until slightly yellow and turn it over

8. Add light soy sauce, shacha sauce and rice vinegar to taste a little bit!
If the shacha sauce is too viscous, it is recommended to mix it with light soy sauce and rice vinegar first, and then it will be better to stir-fry~

9. Stir-fry evenly, add white sesame seeds and minced garlic and stir-fry briefly!

10. I like to put more Shacha sauce in the sweet taste, and I like to put more light soy sauce in the fresh taste~
It’s not a difficult vegetarian dish. The taste is really good. Would you like to try it~
