Pleurotus Eryngii with Chilled Pepper

Pleurotus eryngii shredded by hand, and three-color bell peppers shredded. Boil a pot of boiling water, add oyster mushrooms and blanch for about one minute

After blanching the water, remove the cold boiled water and squeeze out the water for later use.

Start mixing: a small amount of apple cider vinegar, half a spoon of steamed fish soy sauce, a spoon of sesame oil, a spoon of cooked sesame seeds, a spoon of beef powder, a spoon of salt, mix well and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
The apple cider vinegar in the recipe is a seasoning, not a beverage, and is available on supermarket seasoning shelves.
If you like spicy food, add some chili oil.
