Pleurotus Eryngii with Green Pepper and Oyster Sauce

Wash pleurotus eryngii and cut into sections first.

Cut thick wire again.

Remove seeds from thin-skinned green peppers and wash.

Cut thick wire.

Peel the carrots, shred, and chopped green onion.

Put less oil in the pot, heat up, and add pleurotus eryngii.
