Pleurotus Eryngii with Spinach

Ingredients: Pleurotus eryngii, spinach

Remove the spinach from the roots, wash it, remove it and set aside.

Then, put the chopped eryngii mushrooms in boiling water, blanch them, and remove them.

Blanch the washed spinach in boiling water and remove it.

Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

Then, put the chopped spinach into a large bowl and add the blanched pleurotus eryngii.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
