Pleurotus Eryngii with Wild Pepper

1. Wash one eryngii mushroom and set aside

2. Thinly slice eryngii mushrooms

3. Bring water to a boil, add oyster mushrooms and blanch for 2 minutes

4. Remove and drain the water, add sugar, salt, and vinegar
