Pleurotus Eryngii with Wild Pepper

Wash one eryngii mushroom and set aside

Thinly slice eryngii mushrooms
3.
Bring water to a boil, add oyster mushrooms and blanch for 2 minutes

Remove and drain the water, add sugar, salt, and vinegar
5.
Add 1 tablespoon of wild mountain pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon of peanut oil
6.
Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours before eating
