Pleurotus Eryngii Wonton Mochi Duck Pot

Ingredients: Ma Duck, Pleurotus eryngii, Codonopsis, yam, Chinese wolfberry, shepherd's purse meat.

The hemp duck is cleaned, a knife is made from under the wings, the head is stuffed into the duck's belly, and the pleurotus eryngii is sliced.
