Plum Cake Roll

The egg white and yolk are separated.

Put the egg whites and sugar into the blender and beat them quickly.

Then squeeze the juice of half a lemon and the flour and stir gently.

Prepare strawberry jam, orange jam, and cocoa powder.

Take a little batter and mix with strawberry jam, orange jam, and cocoa powder to make three colors.

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze out the plum blossom pattern in the baking tray.

Squeeze a thin cake batter on the pattern.

Put it in the oven at 190℃ and take it out in about 10 minutes.
