Plum Dried Cabbage Wing Root

Prepare the ingredients as shown

Make a few strokes on the surface of the wing root.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and ginger slices, mix well and marinate for flavor.
