Plum Dried Vegetable Biscuits
1.
Wash the dried vegetables. After soaking in warm water, steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes. After cooling, squeeze out the water and chop them (the dried plums used this time are dried by my mother);
2.
Chopped stewed meat;
3.
Put the stewed pork into the pot and heat it, then add the chopped dried plums, stir fry together and mix well;
4.
Let cool and set aside;
5.
Mix 500 grams of flour, 270 grams of warm water, and 10 grams of white sugar into a smooth dough. After waking up at room temperature for half an hour, take out the dough and knead until the surface is smooth;
6.
Sprinkle a little dry powder on the kneading pad, knead the dough into long strips and divide them into 10 portions (about 80g each);
7.
Roll out the dough, thick in the middle and thin on the sides, and wrap it with dried plum and vegetable meat;
8.
Squeeze the mouth tightly with the bun technique;
9.
Close the mouth down, wake up the wrapped dough for 10 minutes, and press the dough again;
10.
Use a rolling pin to gently roll out into a round cake (for those who like sesame seeds, you can sprinkle some white sesame seeds on the cake surface and gently press it with your hands);
11.
Transfer the rolled pancakes to the baking tray, brush the surface with a thin layer of cooking oil, and preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees for 10 minutes;
12.
Put the biscuits in the oven, fire up and down at 180 degrees for the middle layer, and bake for 18 minutes;
13.
Crispy skin, fragrant taste, delicious!
Tips:
Knead the dough thoroughly, and knead it until the surface is smooth and not sticky to your hands;
