The authentic plum dried vegetable sesame seed cake is half-raised noodles or non-fermented noodles. They are baked in an oven. I use the conventional frying pan method. The dried noodles are softer and more delicious. Old people with bad teeth and Children can eat it.

Plum Dried Vegetable Pie

1. Rinse the dried plums with cold water
