Plum Drunk Shrimp

Wash the live shrimp (must be fresh shrimp), trim off the shrimp legs and the thorns on the shrimp head, pour some white wine (the white wine used here must be 52 degrees) and marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Bring the rice wine, white wine and various seasonings to a boil in a pot and let cool.
