Plum Fried Rice-chinese Little Master

Ready, cut carrots, cucumbers and apples into small cubes, (really small) plums, cored and chopped,

Add oil in a hot pan, fry the minced meat slightly to change its color, add carrots and stir fry,

Then add cucumber and diced apple in turn,

Stir-fry evenly, (cut the vegetables very small, don’t fry for a long time) with plum meat (I used two kinds, one is carved plum and the other is strange plum)
5.
Stir-fry evenly and add slightly heated overnight rice.
6.
Continue to stir-fry evenly and sprinkle with salt.
Tips:
Everyone knows that the fried rice is used overnight, because the hardness is enough. If you want to use fresh, cook the rice a little harder, so that the fried rice will have a good taste.
