Poached Egg

Two eggs.

Heat the oil, beat an egg into the pot, don't shake it.

When the bottom of the egg is solidified, turn the egg over with a spatula.

If both sides are solidified, add a small amount of soy sauce.

Tips:
1. You don't need too much oil. Too much oil will easily deform eggs!
2. Don't flip it frequently, just flip it once or twice!
3. Putting salt is easy to be too salty, soy sauce and oyster sauce are more suitable.
4. The frying pan is more suitable for making poached eggs, the egg liquid in the pan is easy to flow away and deform!
