Poached Egg Bread
1.
Heat a pot of water to about 90 degrees, add a little vinegar, beat in the egg, use chopsticks to circle the periphery of the egg, pick it up when the white boiled egg yolk is half cooked, and make a poached egg.
2.
Blanch the thin asparagus until cooked and cut into sections; mix all the seasonings well and set aside.
3.
Put the lettuce in the hamburger and put all the ingredients in at the same time. Finally, top with the mixed seasoning, and at the same time cover the poached egg on top of the bread.
Tips:
If you are not used to covering the bread with poached eggs, you can also put poached eggs in the bread and fry two slices of bacon at the same time.
