Poached Egg Noodle Soup with Green Onion

Prepare the ingredients: five eggs and six noodles.

Wash the green onions appropriately and set aside.

Pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil in a hot pan, tap the eggs in sequence over low heat (the whole process), and fry until golden brown.
