Poached Fillet

Wash the fish fillets and drain the water. (The herring is killed in the vegetable farm)

Grab well and marinate for ten minutes

Wash bean sprouts, shred thousands of sheets, shred ginger, mince garlic, mince green onion, and cut into sections
