My daughter likes to eat boiled meat, but she always feels that the boiled meat outside is too oily and spicy. I made it by myself today. They said that the boiled meat with less oil and slightly spicy is delicious.

Poached Pork Slices

1. Wash tenderloin and slice

2. Add salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch by hand, marinate for 30 minutes

3. Put dried chili and Chinese pepper in a pot and fry until fragrant. Remove

4. Add oil to the pot, add garlic, green onion, ginger and stir fry for a fragrance

5. Then add Laoganma sauce and stir-fry to make red oil

6. Add water first, then add cabbage, cook cabbage over high heat, remove

7. Then add the marinated meat slices and cook for about 2 minutes, then out of the pan

8. Sprinkle with chili and pepper, add oil to the pot

9. Sprinkle with five-spice powder and put coriander on it, it's OK
