Poached Pork Slices

Cut the lean meat into slices.

Then add seasonings and marinate for about an hour after evenly mixing.

Split the round lettuce.

Make water in a wok, boil it, and blanch the lettuce.

Blanch the old treatment and spread it to the bottom of the large bowl.
