Poached Pork Slices
1.
Pork tenderloin slices + a little oil + light soy sauce + starch marinate for a while
2.
Boiled meat in small bags + a little water, mix well and set aside
3.
Add water to the wok and boil open, add soybean sprouts + rape + oyster mushrooms, blanch and put on a plate for later use (the blanched vegetables will be put aside for later use)
4.
Put oil in the pot --- put garlic slices + ginger slices + pepper + dried chili + watercress + green garlic until fragrant
5.
Add the marinated pork loin and stir-fry for a while. 7 When it is ripe, add the boiled meat and oyster mushrooms and cook for a while.
6.
After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat it, (forgot to buy the small chives that day, use the chopped green garlic leaves instead)
7.
Add salt and chicken essence according to the taste. I put more bean paste, but I didn't add salt chicken essence when making this dish. The taste is very pure. Everything is just fine.
8.
After serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat it, (forgot to buy the small chives that day, use the chopped green garlic leaves instead)
