Tenderloin slices

Add cooking wine and salt starch to marinate for later use

Stir-fry garlic ginger bean paste in a pot

Add some warm water to boil and pour the sugar chicken essence
5.
Pour in bean sprouts and cook and remove for later use

Pour in the marinated tenderloin and cook

Pour the bean sprouts into the bottom of the tenderloin
8.
Spread on the top with pepper, dried chili and minced garlic, drizzle with hot oil
