Like to eat boiled pork slices, but the outside is too spicy to eat. Do it yourself. The thousand sheets I like most here are very fresh.

Poached Pork Slices (not Spicy Version)

1. Prepare a piece of tenderloin and cut it into thin slices, add cooking wine, salt, soy sauce starch and add an egg white to marinate for more than ten or twenty minutes. By the way, you can add a little bit if you like to eat oyster sauce.

2. Let's prepare the side dishes during the time of marinating the meat. I chose cucumber, bean sprouts, and thousand bean skins. If you don't like it, you can replace it with your favorite side dish.

3. Thousand sheets of shredded shreds can also be used directly. Thousand sheets and bean sprouts can be blanched with some salt. The bean sprouts can be blanched for a while and then put into a bowl.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy bean paste and soybean paste from the pot to a boil. Add water to the boil. Stir the meat and cook for about two minutes. If you are not cooked, you can cook a little longer, but don't take too long. The meat quality will be bad. Pour into a dish covered with side dishes. In addition, pour in oil and a few peppercorns, cover and heat, and pour it on the meat while it is still hot.

5. Sauce~This way the boiled pork slices with rice will be ready o(*≧▽≦)ツ

6. Stir it with chopsticks. The meat is very fresh and tender. I like to eat Qianzhang La. Soup or bibimbap is super fresh, not spicy at all.

Tips:

①Don't ask me how much is the right amount and watch it, I didn't weigh it either. If you can eat spicy, you can add more bean paste or chili.

②You can leave the soybean paste if you don't like it, because I think the soybean paste is delicious.

③If you don't like the side dishes, you can change them to your favorite. If you like to eat green onion and parsley, you can also put some.
