Prepare materials

Beat an egg, add 90g whipped cream, 70ml sweetened condensed milk and mix well

Add 300g low powder and 10g white sugar powder. 40g milk powder, 1g salt

Mix well to form a dough. (Don't knead too much.)

Roll into a 4mm thick dough cake. Put it in the refrigerator for more than half an hour

Fold the dough in half after taking it out. Roll it slightly with a rolling pin to form a 7mm thick dough. Then cut the dough into chunks, put it in a baking tray, and then put it in the oven. 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bake until the surface turns golden
Tips:
1. Remember not to knead this biscuit too much when kneading, otherwise it will taste strange after baking.
2. Because the biscuits are very small, they must be watched by the side when they are baked to prevent them from falling off.
