I've been eating tomato scrambled eggs and occasionally I see other people's different ways of eating so I try it for myself, hehe, the result is unexpected, I have other choices besides tomato scrambled eggs hahaha

Pocket Mushroom Eggs

1. Baby cabbage diced

2. Carrots diced

3. Poached mushrooms, baby vegetables, carrots and blanched water

4. Add eggs

5. Add chopped green onion, salt and sugar, mix well

6. Pour into the pan and fry

7. It's ready to be out of the pan when it's cooked
