Pocket Pie

Add 220 grams of boiling water to the flour and mix with chopsticks.

Prepare potatoes, eggs, and peppers.

Tips:
The filling material can be selected according to personal preference, can also be stuffed with meat, or chili sauce.
Weigh the water before boiling, or let it cool to 80 or 90 degrees to make the noodles.
