Pocket Sandwich

Cut tomatoes, long cucumber slices, and red cabbage into strips.

Add 15 grams of salad dressing to the purple cabbage and mix well.

Fry the toast slices in a non-stick pan, (without putting oil) and fry them on a low heat until they are slightly charred on both sides.

Add 5ml of peanut oil and fry the eggs until they are browned on both sides.

Add bacon and fry until browned on both sides.

Lay it on plastic wrap or greased paper in advance, use 3 slices of toast, first take a slice of toast and spread it evenly with 5 grams of salad dressing.

Add 1 sliced cheese and 1 slice of bacon.

1 piece of tomato, 1 piece of toast, 5 grams of salad dressing, spread it out.

10 grams of cucumber and 1 egg.

10g purple cabbage, take another piece of toast and cover.

Wrap it tightly with oiled paper and cut it in the middle.
