Pocket Sandwich
1.
Put the liquid ingredients in the bread bucket, spread the flour on the top, put salt, sugar, and milk powder on the opposite corners, dig a small hole in the middle of the flour, put the yeast, and start the bread machine kneading program for 10 minutes.
2.
Knead until the gluten spreads and the surface is smooth, add softened butter.
3.
Select the kneading program for 10 minutes to knead the dough to the complete stage, and then pull out the glove film.
4.
Put the kneaded dough in the oven for the first fermentation, cover the dough with a layer of plastic wrap, put a bowl of warm water in the oven, 30 degrees for 1 hour
5.
Ferment the dough to 2.5 times its size, and just poke it with your hands without rebounding or sinking.
6.
Take out the dough, knead and vent the dough into three evenly, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
7.
Roll out the dough into a cylindrical shape, do the same for all 3 dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for about 15 minutes.
8.
Roll it out again into a long strip, roll up the dough, place it with the opening facing down, and put the dough into the toast mold.
9.
Put it into the oven for the second fermentation, and ferment at 38 degrees to 8-9 molds.
10.
Put it into the pre-heated oven and heat it up and down at 175 degrees for about 38 minutes. (Please refer to the temper of your own oven for time and temperature). If the surface is darker, you can add a piece of tin foil after 20 minutes.
11.
Remove the mold immediately after it is out of the oven, and let it dissipate on the drying rack. After taking it out, it is best to put it on its side for a while to avoid recession. When it is completely cool, slice it again, take a piece of toast, and smear the strawberry mulberry sauce.
12.
Cover with a slice of toast.
13.
Take a bowl smaller than the toast, buckle it heavily on the toast, make sure it is tight, and then cut off the leftovers with a knife.
14.
Delicious pocket sandwiches, start a beautiful day.
