Pogua Boiled Cured Duck Legs

Ingredients: Cured duck leg (washed), Pugua (peeled, washed and cut)

Place the cured duck legs on the chopping board and chop them into pieces.

Put the chopped preserved duck legs and pugua into a pot of water and boil for 6-7 minutes.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
