Polenta

First prepare the glutinous corn and make the corn into grains.

Wash the corn~the corn must be washed away
3.
The amount of rice depends on how many people eat at home. I prepare a small bowl~

Pour the washed corn and rice into the casserole, add water~

Add a proper amount of water to a boil and slowly simmer it over a small fire~ (add more water,) It’s almost okay to simmer the rice~ I simmer it for about 40 minutes and it’s ok
Tips:
It’s super simple and unpretentious. Haha~ Corn porridge made with waxy corn is delicious~
Personally, I don’t like to use sweet corn and fruit corn to make porridge. The corn should not be too old or too tender.
