Polygonatum Pork Ribs Soup

Chopped ribs well.

Rinse with clean water and change the water two or three times.

Prepare polygonatum, wolfberry, ginger onion.

Boil the ginger and spring onion water, add the ribs to a boil, and blanch.

Then wash away the scum with warm water.

Take a casserole, boil water, add the ribs and polygonatum.

After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Add goji berries.

Season to eat.
Tips:
Ginger and spring onions are generally not used in stewed medicinal meals. You can use ginger and spring onion water when blanching.
