Polygonatum odoratum nourishes yin and moisturizes dryness, promotes body fluid and quenches thirst, health care and anti-aging. Polysaccharides, vitamin A and niacin in Polygonatum odoratum can enhance the body's ability to resist diseases and delay aging.
Spare ribs: 500 grams, 20 grams of Polygonatum odoratum, proper amount of wolfberry, proper amount of salt, proper amount of ginger and spring onion.

Polygonatum Pork Ribs Soup

1. Chopped ribs well.

2. Rinse with clean water and change the water two or three times.

3. Prepare polygonatum, wolfberry, ginger onion.

4. Boil the ginger and spring onion water, add the ribs to a boil, and blanch.

5. Then wash away the scum with warm water.
