Polygonatum Yam Spine Soup

The pork spine is cleaned with blood and put on the cutting board and chopped into small pieces.

Put the chopped pork spine into a boiling pot, blanch it, remove it and wash away the foam and blood.

Put the washed pork spine into a boiling pot, add appropriate amount of water to boil and skim the foam, then put it in a small fire pot for two hours.

The yam is peeled and washed and cut into small pieces.

Two hours later, add the yam and continue to boil until the yam is cooked and soft.

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well, then turn off the heat and eat.
Tips:
1. Polygonatum odoratum and dried tangerine peel are generally available in Chinese pharmacies. If there is no fresh yam, you can replace it with yam slices sold in pharmacies.
2. The amount of water in the soup should be added at one time, and no water should be added in the middle to avoid affecting the deliciousness of the soup.
