Poplar Branch Nectar
1.
Put two-thirds of the mango pulp with coconut milk, evaporated milk, and powdered sugar into the wall breaker to make a puree. (Coconut milk is not coconut milk. Evaporated milk is the product of distilled milk. There is no evaporated milk that can be replaced with milk.)
2.
Put the small sago in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on high heat. Turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Cook until there is a little white core in the middle of the small sago. Turn off the heat for about 10 minutes.
3.
The small sago is transparent, remove the water and let it cool.
4.
Mix sago and mango puree.
5.
Pour into cups separately and sprinkle with grapefruit flesh and diced mango.
6.
The ingredients are very conscientious, and the taste is definitely not inferior to the dessert shop.
