Recently, I have been a little greedy for Yangzhi nectar. I always feel that I am not satisfied every time I eat it, so buy a grapefruit and make it yourself. Regarding the difference between poplar twig nectar and mango sago dew, I personally think that the main difference lies in the grapefruit. The sour grapefruit can just neutralize the sweetness of mangoes and complement each other.

Ingredients

Poplar Branch Nectar

1. Pour the sago into a pot of boiling water and cook until the sides are transparent and when the white heart is still in the middle, turn off the heat

2. Continue to simmer until the sago is all transparent

3. Take the sago out of ice water for later use

4. Cut the mango into small pieces, peel the grapefruit and peel off the flesh

5. A portion of mango pressed fruit puree

6. Pour sago into the cup

7. Pour in the coconut milk and coconut milk mixture

8. Add grapefruit pulp

9. The other part of the mango is mixed with coconut milk to make a mango coconut paste

10. Continue to pour into the cup

11. Stir it well and it's ready to eat

Tips:

1. Regarding whether to add coconut milk, according to your taste, the aroma and taste will be heavier if you add it
2. I divided the levels for the sake of good looks. Actually, I don’t need them. Just mix them all evenly.
3. Grapefruit must not be less, otherwise it will become mango sago;
3. Regarding whether to add sugar, if the mango is sweet enough and the coconut milk is sweet enough, then there is no need to add it.
