Poplar Branch Nectar
1.
Boil the sago in a pot under water, cook for 5 minutes, turn off the heat and cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
2.
Rinse the mucus, continue to cook for 5 minutes, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
Put it out and put it in ice water. Mine is an ice cup. After putting it in cold water, it becomes ice water.
4.
Pour in coconut milk.
5.
Add milk.
6.
Add sugar.
7.
Divide the mango into two halves, mash one half and diced the other half.
8.
Put the mango puree and sago into the mixed liquid.
9.
Finally add the crushed grapefruit.
Tips:
After the sago is cooked, there will be a small white core inside. After two times of braising, the small white core is gone, so that the sago is cooked.
