I’ve always wanted to eat Hollyland’s honey pit cake~ it's better to do it yourself~ and this bursty~ sweet~ superb afternoon tea"

Popped Honey Concave Cake

1. First wrap the mold with greased paper and set aside for later use

2. Put one egg and three egg yolks in an oil-free and water-free basin

3. Put the sugar and honey into the eggs

4. Send until the egg beater has lines

5. Sift the low flour into the beaten egg

6. Stir until there are no particles

7. Pour into the mold at 175 degrees for 15 minutes

8. Let the cake cool and cut it up~the finished picture

Tips:

The temperature depends on the temperature of my own oven. I bake it for 15 minutes and it feels too tender and add it for 5 minutes. Some tutorials say that it should not exceed 13 minutes.
